7 Steps to a Pain-Free Life (a combination of the other 2 books)
Because everyone is different, I'm not recommending these. You have to discover what is right for your situation, and be guided by common sense and your doctor. But these contain stretches and exercises that have helped DH a lot. We keep extra copies of these books and loan them out to friends.
- Walking is great for lower back pain. Staying in bed is NOT.
- Strengthening your abs is essential to combat back pain.
- Proper posture helps a lot -- something I really have to work on, especially while sitting.
- A book series that has really helped Dear Hubby: 3 books by Robin McKenzie -
