Help Prevent Economy Class Syndrome with Travelsox
Because I have a problem with thick blood, I was especially concerned about a 10 hour flight to and from Germany. There is something called "economy class syndrome" -- if you don't move around enough, you could develop deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a potentially deadly blood clot in the leg. [My, did those first class and business class seats look delightful! But for $5000 or more extra, um...no...]I ordered Travelsox online. They have gradual compression on your legs and keep the blood flowing. I wore them around the house for a day to make sure they were comfortable, and I was very happy with them. Of course, I still moved around as much as I could and drank a lot of water. I also take a natural blood thinner, a supplement called Nattokinaise.

I'm happy to say I made it back safe and healthy (except for a head cold). Here's another picture of the German countryside to soothe your soul.
