Great Movie

My sister Kim and I had re-admit tickets to the Movie Tavern because the last movie we went to see there malfunctioned. So this week we made a date to see The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. I want to highly recommend it. What a beautiful movie. If at all possible, it would be good to watch the first Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe before you go to see this second edition.

It is beautifully filmed, beautifully acted, and a beautiful story that has some deep messages. The youngest girl (on the left) really captures my heart. And Kim says we'll be seeing more of the actor who plays Prince Caspian (center). It might be too scary for very little ones, but I think anyone in elementary school or older will be fine.

As much as I like watching movies at home, this is one that should be seen on the big screen if at all possible. I'd like to see it again to study the Biblical parallels. Whether or not you are a Christian believer, you will love this movie.

By the way, I've decided I'm not a big fan of the Movie Tavern concept. I didn't like splitting my attention between the movie and the full meal set before me. You can eat a snack mindlessly, but a chicken salad bowl takes a little more concentration.
