Cliphanger Update

Remember my post on the Cliphanger -- a device you attach to your cellphone so that you can clip it to your belt, purse, etc? Since I wrote that, I changed phones, to an iPhone, and I had to have another Cliphanger. I'm hooked, literally. They make different ones for different kinds of phones, and I love mine.
If you're interested, and move quickly, you can get a 25% discount by ordering online through May 12. Go to www.cliphanger.com, and put in the promotion code "mother" during the checkout process.
I get no benefit from recommending this to you -- I just like to share the good stuff. Enjoy!

How well does the Cliphanger snap together? I just bought one for my iPhone 3G and I'm worried the case will come apart and my phone will go splat. Does the shell affect speaker quality? How study is the clip?
I am extremely pleased with mine, after several months of use. It snaps together tightly. There's a hole for the speaker, so it's not affected. The clip is extremely sturdy (this is the 3rd phone I've used one with - love it). I have dropped my iphone twice, once on tile and once on hard rock. Both times, the cliphanger shell came apart, absorbing the shock, and my phone was not damaged. BUT I hope I never do that again.
