Feather Duster Saves the Day!

My neighbor rang the bell yesterday, said she had a bird in her bedroom and couldn't get it out, did I have any ideas? Well, yes I did. I had read somewhere to use a long-handled feather duster to guide the bird out -- and I had successfully done this when a bird was trapped in our garage one time. I loaned her my feather duster and she was back in 5 minutes saying it worked the first time! Apparently it resembles another bird enough to calm them down and shoo them out the door. Bye bye birdie!
