Fiiiiiii-ber....Warning
No doubt. Fiber is good. It's best to get it in your diet -- raw veggies, beans, etc. But if you don't, fiber supplements are good, too. However....did you know that if you take fiber supplements at the same time as your vitamins or other supplements -- or even medicine -- chances are they're being carried away before they are absorbed in your body. What a waste! (No pun intended.)Take your fiber supplements several hours away from any other supplements or medicines, and always drink a big glass of water to help wash the fiber on through your system.
Ahem....enough said....
