Kick It Up a Notch


Today I share with you my favorite exercise DVD -- 10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp. 10 Minute Solution is a series of exercise DVDs, but in my opinion, this Kickbox Bootcamp is the best.

The DVD has five 10-minute workouts you can mix and match as you please. I guarantee that in 30 minutes you will get a great workout. Kickboxing works your lower body, upper body, core, improves your balance and gives you a great aerobic workout at the same time. Each 10-minute session takes you through a short warm-up and cool-down, so you could do them separately throughout the day if you wanted. The sessions are as follows:
  • Basic Training
  • Ultimate Buns & Thighs
  • Arm & Shoulder Sculptor
  • Washboard Abs
  • Fat Burning Blast (this session only for the VERY fit - not me)

You can find it online, or in retail stores that carry exercise videos. I have really enjoyed this. If you're up for a new challenge, give it a try.
